(Report on Establishment of Air Transport Agent, etc.)
Article 133. Any person who will manage an air transport agency (a business making contracts for transport by aircraft on behalf of an air carrier, hereinafter the same shall apply.), shall submit the items specified in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport to the Minister of Transport. The same shall apply when he will alter any items which have been reported.
2. Any person who manages an air transport agency shall submit information to that effect to the Minister of Transport within 30 days reckoning from the day when the agency concerned terminated the business.
(Submissions of Reports and On-the-Spot Inspections)
Article 134. The Minister of Transport may, where he deems it necessary to secure enforcement of this Law, request any person specified in any of the following to submit reports on the maintenance, remodeling or manufacturing of aircraft or inspection thereof, the training of airmen, the aviation medical examination certification, construction works, administration or utilisation of aerodrome or air navigation facilities, use of aircraft, the air navigation service, the air transport services, the air freight forwarding services, the aerial works services, the air transport agency, the air transport forwarding agency:
(1)Any person who maintains, remodels manufactures or inspects aircraft;
(2)Any person who establishes the training institute designated by the Minister of Transport;
(3)The designated doctors for aviation medical examination;
(4)The operator of aerodromes or air navigation facilities;
(5)The airmen;
(6)Any person who manages the air transport services, air freight forwarding service, or the aerial work service;
(7)An;' person who utilises aircraft; other than mentioned in the preceding subparagraphs;
(8)Any person who manages the air transport agency or the air transport forwarding agency.
2. The Minister of Transport may, when he deems it necessary to secure enforcement of this Law, order his officials to enter offices, factories or any other business premises, aerodromes, any place where air navigation facilities are installed, any place where construction works on aerodromes or air navigation facilities are performed, any place where aircraft are parked, or any aircraft of any person stipulated under the preceding each items, and inspect aircraft, air
